Timetable

This timetable shows all of our adult/junior classes, free mat slots and opportunities to drink you're weight in tea and coffee within our cafe! We also have many additional open mat sessions, often 20+ hours per week within and outside of normal opening hours! Members will be notified about ones in addition to those on our timetable via our messenger channel.
